Lorri Drake (Russo) is an apostolic leader called to the first nations peoples. Growing up in the Berkshires of Massachusetts she was drawn to serving people with her heart of compassion as an RN. She is a loving mother of six and a grandmother of 12 that all live in Massachusetts.
After the children were grown she was called to Florida for a season. While living there the Lord birthed Rising Dove Ministries International. With an Esther anointing upon her life, she was drawn to the Navajo nation and from there God revealed she was called to the tribes. Every tribe, every nation, every tongue.
In 2021, Lorri was sent on a prophetic assignment to a tribal gathering in Oxford, Alabama. Lorri had a very powerful divine appointment, meeting apostles Ray and Richelle Garcia of the Impact Center in Lawton, Oklahoma.
In 2023 Lorri accepted the invitation to come under the apostolic oversight of Apostle Ray Garcia. In 2024, she came officially into alignment with Apostle Chuck Pierce and Kingdom Harvest Alliance. Lorri was publicly commissioned as an apostle by apostle Ray Garcia in August 2025.
Back in Massachusetts since 2022, Lorri is establishing an apostolic training center in the Berkshires to equip others to advance the Kingdom of God. Additionally, Lorri is serving and establishing relationship with the tribes. Her heart is for the repair of the breach caused by the destruction of their heritage and the broken treaties.
